Edit

An editorial approach
to business technology.

Creating solutions with technology, editing out the busy work.

We design custom software, automation, and AI workflows for organizations that have outgrown manual processes — and outgrown the patience required to tolerate them.

§01 — Subtraction

What we cut.

  • Manual data entry across three systems
  • Status meetings that could've been a query
  • Spreadsheets that take a Tuesday to reconcile
  • Copy-paste reporting
  • Approval chains stuck in someone's inbox
  • Onboarding by tribal knowledge
  • "Let me check and get back to you"
  • Friday afternoon dread
§02 — Addition

What we add.

  • Custom internal tools

The dashboard, admin panel, or workflow app your business has been hacking together in spreadsheets — built properly, deployed quietly, owned by you.

  • Automation & integration

The plumbing between systems that don't talk: ERP, CRM, billing, files, email, the form, the spreadsheet, the legacy thing nobody wants to touch. We connect them.

  • AI workflows that actually ship

Document intake, triage, classification, extraction, drafting. The repetitive cognitive work that used to require a person can now happen overnight — with a paper trail.

  • Reports that run themselves

The metrics you actually look at, in the place you actually look — generated, refreshed, and delivered on schedule, not whenever someone finds time to build them.

§03 — Method

The practice.

Every engagement runs as a manuscript: read first, mark up, revise, polish.

  1. I.

    Read.

We sit with your team and the work itself. Watch a process happen end-to-end. Understand what a Tuesday actually looks like — not what the org chart says it does.

  2. II.

    Mark.

We map the cuts and the revisions: what's repetitive, what's risky, what's load-bearing, what's just habit. You get a written assessment in plain English.

  3. III.

    Revise.

We build. Tight scope, real software, modern tooling — Python, TypeScript, the LLM that fits the job — chosen for fit, not fashion. Shipped in weeks, not quarters.

  4. IV.

    Polish.

We deploy, train, and stay close as the work settles in. The handoff is documented in a way someone who isn't us could pick up tomorrow.

§04 — Ledger

Selected work.

  1. 6 hrs 4 min

    Weekly reconciliation, automated.

  2. ~20 hrs/wk

Manual reporting, returned to the team.

  3. 0

    Copy-paste errors since launch.
